Quickplay

To use the Quickplay Lobby to search for and join a Poker Table:

  1. Click the Change Lobby button from the Icon menu to choose the Quickplay Lobby.

  2. Select the relevant game type, either 1-Click, Cash Games and Sit and Go Tournaments or Scheduled Tournaments.

  3. Select the relevant search criteria. Different search criteria is available depending on the game type you selected.

  4. Tables matching the search criteria you selected is displayed.

    Note:
    If a table does not meet your search criteria, a suggestion list showing tables with similar criteria, is displayed. To open a suggested table, click the Go To Table link displayed below the table.

  5. Click the Go To... button. The Poker game is opened.

Note:
For more information about the Quickplay criteria, go to the Quickplay section.

Change Table Currency

To change your Poker Table currency:

  1. Click the Change Lobby button from the Icon menu to choose the Quickplay Lobby.

  2. Select the Cash Games game type.

  3. Select the game you want to play, for example, Texas Holdem, 5 Card Draw, and so on. The Our Recommendation page is displayed.

  4. Click the Currency Change link. The Change your Table Currency page is displayed, listing the available table currencies.

  5. Click the relevant currency icon. You are returned to the Our Recommendation page.

  6. The chosen currency is displayed. Confirm your able requirements and click the Go To Table button.

  7. Tables matching your criteria or similar tables are displayed.
Join a Casino Game

To join a Casino Game:

  1. Click the Casino button on the Icon menu bar. A list of different game types are displayed.

  2. Click the relevant game type. A list of games relating to the game type you selected is displayed in the Choose Your Game Variations box.

  3. Select game you want to join, the games information is displayed in the View Details and Play box.

  4. Click the Play Game button. The game you have selected is opened.

    Note:
    You can also open the game you selected by double clicking the game in the Choose Your Game Variation box.

  5. Select the credit amount you want to take to the table. Your two options are:
  • Click the Maximum Allowed radio button to take the maximum credit amount allowed to the table.
  • Click the Set Amount radio button and enter your required credit amount in the field.
  1. Click the OK button. You are seated and the game begins. You are prompted on what options are available to you.

  1. Click an action button to perform your game moves.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can join a game.

Open the Tournament Lobby

To open the Tournament Lobby from the Regular Lobby:

  1. Click the Sit and Go Tournaments option in the Choose Your Game box.

  2. Click the relevant Multi-Table Tournament type displayed in the Choose Your Game box.

  3. Select the relevant tournament table you want to join, from the Choose Your Table box, the table's information is displayed in the Enter Lobby and Join box.

  4. Click the Tournament Lobby button. The Tournament Lobby is displayed.

    Note:
    You can also open the Tournament Lobby for the tournament you selected, by double clicking the tournament in the Choose Your Table box.
Register for a Multi-Table Tournament

To Register for a tournament from the Regular Lobby:

  1. Click the Multi-Table option from the menu in the Choose Your Game box. A list of different Multi-Table Tournament types are displayed.

  2. Click the relevant Multi-Table Tournament type. A list of tables relating to the Multi-Table Tournament type you selected is displayed in the Choose Your Table box.

  3. Select the tournament you want to join, from the Choose Your Table box, the table's information is displayed in the Enter Lobby and Join box.

  4. Click the Tournament Lobby button. The Tournament Lobby is displayed.

    Note:
    You can also open the Tournament Lobby for the tournament you selected, by double clicking the tournament in the Choose Your Table box.

  5. Click the Join/Leave button. The Join Multi-Table Tournament dialog box is displayed.

  6. Click the Buy-In button. The tournament buy-in amount and entrance fee are automatically deducted from your account. The Registration Complete dialog box is displayed confirming your successful registration.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can register for a tournament.

Register for a Tournament using Loyalty Points to Buy-In

To Register for a tournament from the Regular Lobby:

  1. Click the Multi-Table option from the menu in the Choose Your Game box. A list of different Multi-Table Tournament types are displayed.

  2. Click the relevant Multi-Table Tournament type. A list of tables relating to the Multi-Table Tournament type you selected is displayed in the Choose Your Table box.

  3. Select the tournament you want to join, from the Choose Your Table box, the table's information is displayed in the View Details and Play box.

  4. Click the Tournament Lobby button. The Tournament Lobby is displayed.

    Note:
    You can also open the Tournament Lobby for the tournament you selected, by double clicking the tournament in the Choose Your Table box.

  5. Click the Join/Leave button. The Join Multi-Table Tournament dialog box is displayed.

  6. Click the Loyalty Points checkbox.

  7. Click the Buy-In button. The tournament buy-in amount and entrance fee are automatically deducted from your current Loyalty Points value. The Registration Complete dialog box is displayed confirming your successful registration.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can register for a tournament.

Join a Multi-Table Tournament you Registered for

To join a tournament you registered for:

  1. Log on to the Multi-Player Poker system prior to the tournament's start time on the appropriate day.

  2. Once the tournament is open, you are automatically seated at the table.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can join a tournament.

Deregister from a Multi-Table Tournament

To deregister from a tournament from the Regular Lobby:

  1. Click the Multi-Table option from the menu in the Choose Your Game box. A list of different Multi-Table Tournament types are displayed.

  2. Click the relevant Multi-Table Tournament type. A list of tables relating to the Multi-Table Tournament type you selected is displayed in the Choose Your Table box.

  3. Select the tournament you want to join, from the Choose Your Table box, the table's information is displayed in the View Details and Play box.

  4. Click the Tournament Lobby button. The Tournament Lobby is displayed.

    Note:
    You can also open the Tournament Lobby for the tournament you selected, by double clicking the tournament in the Game Selection box.

  5. Click the Join/Leave button. The Could not register for Tournament dialog box is displayed.

  6. Click the Yes button to deregister from the tournament. The tournament buy-in amount and entrance fee are automatically refunded to your account.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can deregister from a tournament.

Bring Credits into a Casino Game

To bring credits into a Casino game:

  1. Click the Bank button.

  2. The Sit Down at Table dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the credit amount you want to take to the table. Your two options are:
  • Click the Maximum Allowed radio button to take the maximum credit amount allowed to the table.
  • Click the Set Amount radio button and enter your required credit amount in the field.
  1. Click the OK button. The credit amount is added to your current credits value displayed in the Credits box.
Exit a Casino Game

To exit a Casino game:

  1. Click the X button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. The Exit Flash Casino Game dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click the Yes button. The game is closed and the Lobby is displayed.
Exit a Game

To exit a game:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Click the Exit option. The Player Still Active dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click the Yes button. The Lobby is displayed.

  4. Select another game to play, or disconnect from the Multi-Player Casino.
Exit a Tournament

Once a Single table or Multi-Table tournament has started, you cannot leave the tournament. If you withdraw from a tournament by sitting out, you are blinded-off. You forfeit all buy-in amounts and entrance fees.

Exit the Multi-Player Casino

To disconnect from the Multi-Player Casino:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Click the Exit Poker Room option. The Exit Confirmation dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click the Yes button. You are disconnected from the Multi-Player Casino.
Buy Chips in a Game

To buy chips during a game:

  1. Click the Chips button.

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:
You must be seated at the table to buy chips.

Join a Waiting List

To join a Waiting List:

  1. Click the Poker game type in the Choose Your Game box.

  2. Click the game type to display the different game type criteria.

  3. Click the game type criteria and a list of tables available is displayed in the Choose Your Table box.

  4. Select table you want to join, the table's information is displayed in the View Details and Play box.

  5. Click the Waiting List button. The Subscribe to Waiting List dialog box is displayed.

  6. Select one of the following options:
  • Subscribe to this table.

  • All tables of the same type.

  1. Select the minimum number of Players from the drop-down list.

  2. Click the OK button. You are added to the Waiting List displayed in the Waiting column on the Table Information area.
Remove Yourself from a Waiting List

To remove yourself from a Waiting List:

  1. Select the table that you want to remove yourself from, from the Choose Your Table box.

  2. Click the Waiting List button in the View Details and Play box. The Already Waiting dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click the Yes button. You are removed from the Waiting List.
Reset All-In's

To request that your All-In's be reset:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Request All-In Reset.

Note:
You must be in a game to request that your All-In's be reset.

Re-Buy in to a Multi-Table Tournament

If you want to Re-Buy in to a Multi-Table Tournament:

  1. Click the Chips button. The Re-Buy Request dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click the Yes button.

  3. In the next Re-Buy round, the Re-Buy and Add-On dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Re-Buy checkbox.

    Note:
    If you do not want to Re-Buy, do not select the Re-Buy checkbox.

  5. Click the Yes button.

  6. The Re-Buy fee is deducted from your credit balance, and your chips are added to your hand at the start of the next round.

Note:

  • If you have more chips than you started the tournament with in the Re-Buy round, you cannot Re-Buy.
  • The Re-Buy feature is available in Multi-Table Tournaments only.
  • The Re-Buy period and the number of Re-Buy options available to each Player, is determined by the House per tournament.
Add-On Credits in a Multi-Table Tournament

If you want to Add-On credits at the end of the Re-Buy Period in a Multi-Table Tournament:

  1. At the end of the Re-Buy Period, the Re-Buy and Add-On dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select the Add-On checkbox.

    Note:
    If you do not want to Add-On, do not select the Add-On checkbox.

  3. Click the Yes button.

  4. The Add-On fee is deducted from your credit balance, and your chips are added to your hand at the start of the next round.

Note:

  • The Add-On feature is available in Multi-Table Tournaments only.
  • Players have one Add-On option per tournament.
  • The Add-On Feature may be available or not, and is determined by the House per tournament.
Make a Deal

If you want to propose a deal in a Tournament:

  1. Click the Make Deal icon. The Deal Making - Propose dialog box is displayed.

    Note:
    Deal making is only available on the final table in a Tournament.


  2. Select your proposed deal details.


  3. Click the Propose Split button. Your proposed deal is sent to the table.
Accept a Deal

If you want to accept a deal in a Tournament:

  1. Click the Accept Split button. Your acceptance of the proposed deal is sent to the table.


Enter Chat Text

To enter chat text:

  1. Place your mouse cursor in the Chat box.

  2. Type your text.

  3. Click Enter. Your chat text is displayed in the History box.

Note:
You must log in to the Multi-Player Casino before you can chat.

Turn Player Chat Off

To turn Player Chat off:

  1. Click the Game Information Options drop-down list.

  2. Select the No Player Chat option.
Turn Player Chat On

To turn Player Chat on:

  1. Click the Game Information Options drop-down list.

  2. Select the Full Detail or Chat only option.
View a Player's Profile

To view a Player's Profile:

  1. Click the Player Profile link next to the Players Information box on the Poker table. The Player's Profile is displayed.
Player Notes

You can:

Edit Player Notes

To edit Player notes:

  1. Right-click the Player's corresponding Player Information box.

  2. Select Edit Player Notes. The Edit Player Note dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter your Player notes in the field provided.

  4. Click the OK button. The information is saved.

Note:
You must be in a game to edit Player notes.

View Player Notes

To view Player notes:

  1. Click the Icon next to the Player's corresponding Player Information box. The Player Notes box is displayed.

Note:
You must be in a game to view Player notes.

Allocate a Player Rating

To allocate a Player Rating:

  1. Right-click the Player's corresponding Player Information box.

  2. Select Edit Player Notes. The Edit Player Note dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select the relevant color icon from the Player's Rating drop-down menu .

  4. Click the Save button. The information is saved.

Note:
You must be in a game to allocate a Player Rating.

Seating and Preferences

To change your seating positions:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.


  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.


  3. Select Seating and Preferences. The Seating Arrangement dialog box is displayed.


  4. Select the required seating positions.


  5. Click the OK button.
Speech Bubbles

To enable the Speech Bubbles feature:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.


  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.


  3. Click Speech Bubbles. A check mark is displayed. The Speech Bubbles feature is enabled.

To disable the Speech Bubbles feature:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.


  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.


  3. Click Speech Bubbles. A check mark is removed. The Speech Bubbles feature is disabled.
Turn the Sound On or Off

To change the Multi-Player Poker sound settings:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select General Sound Options. The Sound Options dialog box is displayed.

  3. Select your required sound settings.


  4. Click the OK button.
Change the Table Size

To change the Table Size for Hold 'em games:

  1. Select a Hold 'em table.

  2. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up is displayed.

  3. Select Change Table Size. The Change Table Size sub-menu is displayed.

  4. Select a table size.
Change the Show Borders Settings

To change the show borders settings:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Poker Table Options. The Poker Table Options dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Show Borders checkbox.

  5. Click the OK button. The Show Borders feature is activated.
Change the Game Markers Settings

To change the game markers settings:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Poker Table Options. The Poker Table Options dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Game Markers checkbox.

  5. Click the OK button. The Game Markers feature is activated.
Change the Hand Description Settings

To change the hand description settings:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Poker Table Options. The Poker Table Options dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Hand Description checkbox.

  5. Click the OK button. The Hand Description feature is activated.
Fold and Show Hands

To show folded hands in play:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.


  2. Click Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.


  3. Select the Fold and Show option.

Note:
Folded hands are only displayed at the end of a game where two Players are left, such as a showdown or a heads up.

View Previous Hands

To view previous hands:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Click PlayCheck. The PlayCheck website is displayed.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
View Audit Reviews

To view audit reviews:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Click Independent Audit Reports. The Independent Audit Reports website is displayed.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Configure Game History

To configure your game history settings:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Game History. The Game History Exporter dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select what setting you want to apply to your Game History from the Configuration section. Your options are:
  • I want to store my hand history logs on my machine checkbox

    Note:
    If you do not select the I want to store my hand history logs on my machine checkbox the other configuration options are automatically disabled.

  • I want to store my hand history for a maximum of X days checkbox
    Click the I want to store my hand history for a maximum of X days checkbox, and enter the specific number of days you want to store all hands played over.

  • I want to store a maximum of X hands checkbox
    Click the I want to store a maximum of X hands checkbox, and enter the maximum number of hands.
  1. Click the Save Settings button.
Export Game History

To export Game History:

  1. Click the Menu button. The Menu pop-up menu is displayed.

  2. Select Options. The Options sub-menu is displayed.

  3. Select Game History. The Game History Exporter dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select what information you want to export from the Select which hands you would like to view section. Your options are:
  • To export the last specific number of hands played.
    Click the I want to see my last X hands checkbox, and enter the specific number of hands you want to export.

  • To export all the hands played over a specific number of days.
    Click the I want to see my hands from the last X days checkbox, and enter the specific number of days you want to export all hands played over.

    Note:
    Select the Only game played in checkbox to view only your hands played.
  1. Click the Export and View History button. The Save my hand history to ... dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select to where you want to save your game history.

  3. Click the Save button to save your game history. The View Game History? dialog box is displayed.
  • Click the Yes button. Your game history is displayed.

  • Click the No button. The Save my history to ... dialog box is closed.
  1. Click the Close button. The Game History Exporter dialog box is closed.
Hot Keys

The following Hot Key functions are available:
